Parkside is a fully furnished house with 2 Bedrooms and 1 Bathroom, a full size bed in the larger bedroom and a bunk bed with a full size on the bottom and a twin on the top in the other bedroom. It has a full kitchen with a freezer and laundry. It also has Wi‐Fi/Roku and a big TV. It's on a cul-de-sac, next to a playground with a huge deck and lots of parking. Kick back and relax in this casual, calm mountainside retreat. The Back Room is just that, an oversized, private studio unit with entrance around the back of the house. You'll be welcomed by a large, covered deck with forest/mountain views. Glass French doors open to vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, work desk, a king size bed and queen sleeper sofa with an electric fireplace. The 10 minute drive south from the airport is packed with ocean and mountain vistas, and our wooded lot is only steps from Russian Creek. The Cabana has its own parking area and entrance to the property, and shares our private, fenced, one-acre space with our family home and two big, furry, friendly dogs. With downtown Kodiak being just 15 minutes north, our cabana is a perfect base regardless of your adventure!
