This lovely apartment, located on the first floor, has beautiful views over the countryside, is right on the water and offers plenty of privacy. Through the front door, you enter a spacious hall where you walk up the stairs and enter the apartment. Through the hallway, you reach the bedroom with a comfortable double box spring bed. Opposite the bedroom is the toilet with the spacious bathroom next to it. At the end of the hallway is the spacious cozy living room with kitchen and also two sleeping places.

Je kunt vissen, zwemmen, suppen, zeilen, of gewoon even helemaal niks. Our new guest house is in the "shadow" of the former Zuivelschool, on the edge of the city canal of the historic Hanze city of Bolsward, one of the eleven cities of Friesland. A 10-minute walk from the historic city center, with one of the most beautiful townhouses in the Netherlands! A calm and quiet base from which to explore the many beautiful cities, villages and lakes of Friesland. 8 km from the Afsluitdijk, 10 km from the beach and 200 meters from a bus stop and 2 supermarkets.

This little house has two sides to it. On the breakfast side, you sit very peacefully looking out over the meadows. With a bit of luck, the cows will walk past on the road towards the pasture. On the other side of the house, you are situated on the well-known Elfstedentocht route. It's a bit livelier here. Boats, cyclists, and many tours following the famous Eleven Cities route. The sun circles the house, which means it has a wonderfully sunny garden at any time of the day.

U slaapt op de begane grond (2 sk + eigen badk.+eigen keuken+ eigen grote woonkamer (50 m2) met hoge plafonts en openhaard. eigen ingang. 3e slaapkamer is boven via het voorhuis. Buiten aan het water je eigen terras. Ook geschikt voor groeps werk met een grote werk tafel. Vintage dus mooi, oud en gezellig. Maar niet spotless.

In an authentic farmhouse in the middle of Parrega, the former servant's room has been converted into a cozy and comfortable apartment. Overlooking the Elfsteden route and a jetty in front of the door, a perfect starting point for a boat or bike ride, fresh dive or just a nice cup of coffee on the waterfront. Close by are the towns of Bolsward (6km) and Workum (6km) where you can find the beach, restaurants, beautiful regional shops and supermarkets.

From the apartment, you have a wide view over the Frisian Greiden. It is located on the water, where you can swim and fish. You can also use 1 or 2 person canoes, a boat and bicycles for free. The city of Sneek is a 15-minute drive, Leeuwarden is a 30-minute drive.
