Anything but ordinary, the Szilágyi manor is the last thing that remains of the more than 400-year-old Zwerbach palace complex. After 4 years of careful renovation, the manor now serves as an oasis of calm and well-being for lovers, couples, friends and the whole family. With our 3 apartments, each with their own entrance, individual couples or small group families / friends have maximum privacy. The estate is located in Zwerbach, perfectly between Salzburg, Vienna, Melk and the Ötscher

The apartment comprises the entire top floor of an old building in a central location, about 3 minutes' walk from the train station. The cosy living atmosphere over a total of 126 m² and the additional highlight - the garden-side roof terrace - quickly make you forget the missing lift. Important note regarding sleeping arrangements: 1x double bed 160x200cm 1x double bed 140x200cm 1 x pull-out bed 160x200cm 1 x small child travel cot (2 emergency beds - no special sleep quality!)

Our small 60 m² apartment offers you everything you need from the interior - in addition to a great view of our local mountain, the Ötscher (1898 m), but also in the idyllic landscape of the Mostviertel. Through the windows, which open up to a direct view of the neighboring fields and forests… Our location is very quiet on the one hand, on the outskirts of Wieselburg-Land, on the other hand it is only 5 km to the Ybbs west highway entrance. The surroundings offer a varied program!

The apartment is located in the heart of Waidhofen an der Ybbs, the pearl of the Ybbstal, and is the ideal starting point for an adventure. Waidhofen captivates with a charming old town and beautiful surroundings in the foothills of the Alps, perfect for hiking, biking (Ybbstal bike path) and unwinding. Enjoy the cozy apartment in the listed house in the city center - view of the Ybbs river included. In summer you can cool off in the bathing area in front of the house.

A nice little 22 m² holiday apartment on the organic farm. Living room with kitchen coffee maker and kettle available. Microwave, stove and fridge. Locked connecting door to the residential building. Separate entrance, shower sink and toilet are provided in the room. Small children live in the house hiking opportunities, bike paths available. The apartment is located right in the center of Melk on the 1st floor of a baroque town house. It is 50 square meters and consists of a living room, bedroom, kitchen and laundry room with shower, sink and toilet. A hairdryer and a mini safe are also available. From the bay window living room with a wooden ceiling from 1568, you can look directly at the pedestrian zone. The steps of Sechergasse next to the house lead directly to our famous Melk Abbey.

Listen to the birdsong, pick fresh herbs or feed the chickens and pigs of our small farm. Here you can leave everyday life behind.

Despite the peaceful setting, it’s just one hour from Vienna Central Station, with good rail and road connections. Small house at the foot of the Ginselberg with views of a large pasture surrounded by forests. The accommodation has its own terrace with wonderful views of nature. The building is divided into 2 floors. On the first floor there is a small anteroom, from which you go into the living room, further into the kitchen, the bathroom and a toilet. The two bedrooms and a gallery are located on the upper floor.
