Quietly located, bright, self-contained apartment in the attic of our 2-family house in the west of Schwerin, approx. 45 square meters, NEW 2016, fully equipped kitchenette, shower bath, living area with sofa, bedroom with double bed. 15-minute walk to the old town, supermarket close by, parking on the residential street Schwerin and the surrounding area offer many opportunities for excursions into the great outdoors. Information material for cultural events is available in the house.

Wir bieten Ihnen kostenloses WLAN, kostenlose Parkplätze sowie werden Bettwäsche und Handtücher von uns gestellt. Die Altstadt Schwerin ist bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Quiet city apartment

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem 300 Jahre alten Fachwerkhaus. Sie ist sehr geräumig und trotz Zentrumsnähe absolut ruhig. Die Sanierung erfolgte unter ökologischen Gesichtspunkten. Durch die alten Lehmwände herrscht ein natürliches Raumklima, sie bedürfen allerdings besonderer Lüftungsregeln, an die sich der Mieter halten muss. Es darf von Oktober bis April nur nach dem Stosslüftungsprinzip gelüftete werden (ca. 10 min Querlüften morgens und abends). Einen Fernseher gibt es nicht.

Diese gemütliche und zudem super zentral gelegene Wohnung, befindet sich im Stadtkern der schönen Landeshauptstadt Schwerin und ist somit der ideale Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge bzw. Exkursionen jeglicher Art. Das Schloss; das Theater; der Dom; Restaurants; Cafés, ÖPNV etc. sind nur einen Steinwurf entfernt. Mit ihren 2,5 lichtdurchfluteten Räumen bietet die Wohnung genügend Platz für bis zu sechs Personen.

In the yard there is a parking lot for cars. It becomes too tight for larger vehicles. Demmlerstraße is located in the historic old town center. It is only a short walk to Schwerin city or Schwerin Castle (about 15 minutes)

In front of the Schwerin gates is our over 100-year-old residential building with adjoining new building with two individually designed apartments. The "Gardenview" is suitable for both business and individual travelers. It is located on the 2nd floor and offers a light-flooded living room with a king-size bed, desk and small dining area with high chairs. An adjoining kitchen, as well as a separate shower room complete the apartment with garden views.

Detached single boathouse directly on Schweriner Ziegelaußensee for two people. The house has direct lake access with two large, furnished terraces and a balcony to the water. It is modernly equipped with TV and infrared radiators. A separate bathroom with shower, vanity unit and toilet is available. The kitchen has an induction stovetop, a microwave with oven and a dishwasher. Parking is of course also available.
