Spacious, bright studio with nature view

The 60 sqm studio is built as a "house in the house" on the upper floor of our barn. The apartment includes a loggia with wide panoramic windows, through which you can admire the sunsets over the horse paddock. The room is designed as an apartment for 2-6 people and studio for other purposes. With oak parquet, clay walls, a sleeping platform and a fully equipped kitchen, it is lovingly and modernly furnished. The bathroom with shower is located on the ground floor with separate access.

Schwerin villa with garden

From the apartment to the nearest swimming facility in Lake Schwerin, it takes 3 minutes on foot... to the castle you can reach on a beautiful shore path in 20 minutes and the city center is not much further. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful... there is a small forest within a 3-minute walk. The apartment is cozy and spacious (120 square meters)... there is also a second toilet (not pictured).You have a terrace and can barbecue in the garden. Heating/hot water are guaranteed.

During your stay with us, you will live in a lovingly restored, spacious construction trailer with a terrace and garden area. It is also equipped for long stays. In winter, it is heated with wood and briquettes and it quickly becomes cozy and warm. Fluent cold water is available in the wagon only in the frost-free time! Horses can be brought, 1 ha. Sit back and relax - in this quiet, stylish accommodation. The wooden house, built in 2023, is beautifully situated in the countryside, 5 minutes from Lake Boissow. The surrounding area in the Schaalsee biosphere reserve is ideal for cycling, hiking and birdwatching. The house has everything you need for rest and relaxation. A bright, cosy living room with a wood-burning stove, a view of nature, a sauna and a spacious covered terrace that can be used in any weather.

The apartment is centrally located in the middle of the village. It has a separate entrance and two parking spaces. The apartment is 100 square meters and has a spacious kitchen-living room on the first floor, which also has a fireplace. The bathroom, which is also on the first floor, has a shower and bathtub. For children there is a playpen, potty and toilet seat, highchair. On the upper floor, which can be reached by a wooden staircase, are the bedrooms.

Our historic manor is located in the idyllic, little village Luckwitz in the heart of luscious Mecklenburg-Vorpommern and close to the Schalsee. Equipped with all imaginable modern comforts, our apartments offer an experience reminiscent of olden days. The house itself is surrounded by fields and forest inviting you for a leisurely stroll or bike rides in the area to for example lake Dümmer. We speak German, Swedish, English and French. Welcome!

The apartment is 80 square meters, has two enclosed bedrooms, a large living room with fireplace, a kitchen-living room with dining area, as well as bathroom and toilet. From the living room, you have direct access to the south garden and your own small wooden terrace.
