Only 6 kilometers separate the village of Steffenshagen from the coast in the north. During a pleasant hike in the fresh Baltic Sea air, you can quickly reach the forest-rich mountain range "Kühlung" in the west. So in an apartment in Steffenshagen you live right in the center of a region that has as much to offer as hardly any other area on the Baltic Sea coast.

Das kleine Highlight für schlechtes Wetter ist eine PlayStation 5 die genutzt werden kann. Die Wohnung ist ebenerdig.

On our family-run vacation property, you have the opportunity to spend your vacation in 10 apartments in our country house. Each apartment has its own terrace, grills are available. You can explore the entire Baltic Sea coast via very good bike paths. The baker for fresh rolls is around the corner. 2 very nice beaches, supermarkets, restaurants are 5 minutes away by car. There is no shortage of excursion destinations such as zoo, thermal baths, adventure farms, cities for strolling.

Our multigenerational farm in Wichmannsdorf was built by us in 2012. The 115 parish of Wichmannsdorf is located about 4 km from the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Kühlungsborn. Chickens, ducks, geese, a cat and a dog live on our farm. My husband and I live in the main house with our 2 children. The grandparents live in the side houses. Hof Rabenstein offers a fantastic view of the fields and our small lake. In the stone circle you can barbecue by arrangement.

The sightseeing towns of Heiligendamm and Kühlungsborn are just a stone's throw away.

The 72 m² apartment, completed in 2019, is on the 3rd floor/attic in the newly built apartment villa "Strandperle" with a total of 7 residential units and is only about 200 m away from the beach.
