Steffenshagen is located in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, in the immediate vicinity of the Baltic Sea and the oldest German Baltic Sea resort Heiligendamm. Only 6 kilometers separate the village of Steffenshagen from the coast in the north. During a pleasant hike in the fresh Baltic Sea air, you can quickly reach the forest-rich mountain range "Kühlung" in the west. So in an apartment in Steffenshagen you live right in the center of a region that has as much to offer as hardly any other area on the Baltic Sea coast.

The bakery is in the village and is 1:45 minutes away by car. 2 very nice beaches, supermarkets, restaurants can be reached in 5 minutes by car. There is no shortage of excursion destinations such as the zoo, thermal baths, adventure farms, and towns for strolling.

The lovingly and family-friendly furnished apartment is located in the attic of the lighthouse house in Wittenbeck, with access to the Baltic Sea resorts of Kühlungsborn and Heiligendamm. Access is via a separate entrance. The apartment is modern and cozy. The living and dining area includes a small but nice kitchenette. The large south-facing roof terrace invites you to linger.

Our multigenerational farm in Wichmannsdorf was built by us in 2012. The 115 parish of Wichmannsdorf is located about 4 km from the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Kühlungsborn. Chickens, ducks, geese, a cat and a dog live on our farm. My husband and I live in the main house with our 2 children. The grandparents live in the side houses. Hof Rabenstein offers a fantastic view of the fields and our small lake. In the stone circle you can barbecue by arrangement.
