The cottage is small but perfect for couples/individuals looking to relax. It is well equipped for self catering. ‘Little Barn’ at Spring Farm

Great Carlton is approximately a 15 min drive to the market town of Louth and within 20 mins of the coast. The area is rural with plenty of walks and cycle routes to enjoy. There is a local Co-op shop 2 miles away which is open until 10 pm. There is a village hall and a country church within Great Carlton but generally it is nice and quiet. The accommodation is set within a lovely cutting flower garden and above my flower workshop and I am very happy for you to enjoy the garden.

You have private use of a large riverside garden, where the huge pond is popular with the local ducks and moorhens. A heated conservatory opens onto the garden where there are plenty of places to sit. And it’s a joy to sit with a glass of wine and watch the stars on a dark night.
