Lovely cottage close to beach, fishing and golfing

Beautiful cottage with a closed nature ground and view to the golf course. Only 400 meters away from the beach with jetty. The house is very light with a combined kitchen and livingroom. It has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with sauna and 1 extra WC. In front of the house there is a beautiful 100 m3 porch. The cottage is equipped with a satellite-TV, DVD-player, WI-FI, microwave, washing machine and a tumble dryer in one. Futhermore there is an outdoor fishing cleaning space and a shed with a freezer.

Our beautiful official house is the former residence of the Duke of Oldenburg and is located in the back part of our estate, surrounded by greenery overlooking fields and meadows. The rooms are spacious and tastefully designed and even with many people you can always find your own retreat to breathe. My place is 300 meters from the Schlei with beach, right in Arnis in a fantastic environment. You'll love my place because of the cozy location and the scenery. My place is good for couples (with babies or toddlers), solo adventurers, business travelers, and furry friends (pets). Since May, we have been participating in the model project of the Baltic Sea Fjord Schlei.
