My place is close to the heath park, safari park, bird park, snowdome, Soltauer thermal spa. The apartment has its own terrace in south-east orientation. The apartment is in the basement of a residential building built in 2014 and has a new and upscale equipment. The metropolises of Hamburg/Hanover/Bremen are each less than an hour away. Bad Fallingbostel can be reached by bike within a very short time and offers everything for everyday needs.

Lovely apartment with large garden on the outskirts

The apartment is beautifully located on the southernmost edge of the Lüneburg Heath near the Heath Park, the Safari Park and the World Bird and is located in the attic of my small half-timbered house. There is a large garden with fruit trees, seating areas, sun loungers and hammock. The surroundings invite you to take long walks and bike or boat tours on the Aller and Leine rivers.

The accommodation is located separately in the "Little Cottage", which is then quite large with 33 square meters. During your stay, you're the only users. There is a large double bed, a table for breakfast or the writing stuff, and you can put your belongings in a wardrobe. Small but nice... retreat time in "Luis'chen"

A super nice 40 sqm non-smoking apartment is waiting for you. Everything is freshly renovated. The fine historical character has been wonderfully preserved. The kitchen is fully equipped with coffee and tea, spices, foils, baking dishes. So to speak, your own kitchen equipment can stay at home. There is EVERYTHING you need to live here.
