It complies with the guidelines of barrier-free living and electric cars can be charged. 2 e-mountain bikes are available for rent. The vacation home has been awarded the EcoLabel in GOLD and the bed+bike label.

Un évier et une toilette sèche font aussi partie des aménagements intérieurs. Des douches sont disponibles à 150m.
