This little flat, built into the end of our shed, is simple but quirky. Don't expect all brand spanking new plates and cutlery from Ikea - we've upcycled almost everything (except linen and towels). Set 30 metres from the main house, you'll have privacy to come and go as you please, but we love a chat if you do too! We're on 5 acres. Birdlife is right outside your door (- often including our chickens!). We're ten minutes walk from a beautiful estuary beach and 4km from Marlo township.

The Studio at Raheen

The studio at Raheen is private, well appointed and detached from the historic cottage on the property. It has a separate bathroom and laundry area, a well equipped kitchenette, dining space and a comfortable sitting area. It features new furniture, a queen bed and provides great views of the lower lake. Wifi has been upgraded and speeds are good. In front there is a deck with a BBQ and outdoor furniture. A boardwalk leading to town is close by. There is ample parking and space for boats.

Forget your worries in this private and spacious renovated lower level. Just steps away from Cocora beach. Studio living area with private bathroom, queen bed, lounge, TV with Netflix, dinning table, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and an outdoor fire pit. Upstairs is occupied by Jayde, Daniel and their baby, who work full-time and spend their free time diving, and our cat Maddox. Scuba, snorkelling and freediving packages, plus equipment hire is available with Dive Eden.

Our place is close to the beach with exceptional views. You’ll love our unique lifestyle, raw, organic living spaces, chemical free living with 'free' clean ocean air. Only a short walk to the beach(s) great for those who seek a health & wellness space. This is a self contained studio adjacent to our home - the kitchenette does not include an oven or stovetop however there is a Weber baby BBQ, a toaster, microwave, fridge and sandwich maker. We offer free WiFi and Netflix.

Karbeethong Hill

‘Karbeethong Hill’ is a completely SC private one bedroom unit with QS bed. Ensuite, fully equipt kitchen/living room. The apartment has fantastic views overlooking the lake and Howe Range with garden furniture and barbecue on the private deck. All bed linen and towels, tea/coffee making machine and coffee pods supplied. This home is on the top of Karbeethong hill so there are stairs to access the unit, very manageable with handrails and good night lighting.

Bellbird Retreat Mallacoota

A fully self-contained apartment located at the edge of Shady Gully Reserve. Light and airy, with a beautiful bush outlook and an abundance of wild life. Very private setting. Relax, unwind, enjoy the quiet & fresh mountain air. Wyndrock is a mostly cleared 30 acre property that’s about half way between Sydney & Melbourne. With a creek forming a part of it's boundary. It is surrounded by farmland, bush, mountains, national parks & state forests with lots of Kangaroos, birds ect on the property. With easy access via sealed bitumen rd & driveway & not to far from beautiful beaches.
