You're within walking distance of the local cafe and a short 3km trip to the grocery store and bottle shop. For a night out, you can go into the cute little town of Bargara, only 30 minutes away. Bring your work, commute into Bundaberg, walk along the beach, or just spend some much needed time unwinding. Welcome!

Open to guests for the first time September 2021, our lovingly restored cottage has been finished with your comfort in mind. Enjoy the quiet bush block with native animals aplenty. While private and peaceful, you are only 1km to the main beach, and 3 minutes to shops, cafes & restaurants at the bottom of the hill.

The Cove Retreat- Pet Friendly Oceanfront Studio

This unique pet friendly property is absolute oceanfront. It has the main residence and two private fully self contained apartments. Our friendly managers Jan and Steve and their little dog Charlie live on site. This comfortable apartment on ground floor has great ocean views from the bedroom. Pets are very welcome we just ask that they are not left unattended. We offer doggie sitting at very reasonable rates. All of the shared outdoor areas including the firepit, overlook the ocean.

Perfect for a romantic getaway, whale-watching season, trips to K’gari, or as a base for visiting Lady Elliot Island. 14 minutes to the Fraser Island ferry and 10 minutes to the Hervey Bay marina, beaches, restaurants, and Urangan Pier. Enjoy sunset views from the verandah or cosy up by the fire pit with your favourite beverage, keep an eye out for local wildlife, including kangaroos that often pass through.

Just a short 500 metre stroll to the beautiful beach or head in the other direction only 300 metres to the IGA, Tavern, Chemist, Bakery, Doctor, Fish & chip shop and Garage. Enjoy your privacy with your own entrance and complete separation from the owners dwelling. There is a resident Labrador that will appreciate a passing cuddle. (However this means we cannot accept other pets, aside from service animals)

Baffle Creek Junction is located at the junction of Euleilah and Baffle Creeks, truly a special location. The 53 acre site boasts 1.3 klm of saltwater tidal creek frontage with wildlife including kangaroos and beautiful burdekin ducks. Try your luck at some shore based fishing or crabbing, however if you have a boat a council maintained boat ramp is only 600 mtrs away! Explore Rules Beach and Deepwater National Park or simply just chill out on the block.

‘Captain’s Cabin’ – Off the Grid

This is your complete reset. A rustic A-frame tucked into the Queensland countryside — grasslands, gum trees, big skies — far enough from everything to feel genuinely away, close enough to Agnes Water and the southern Great Barrier Reef if you want a reason to leave (you probably won't). This is a water front property located on Baffle creek. The main house has downstairs living area and 1 combined upstairs sleeping area with 2 queen and 4 single beds. The separate cabin is self contained and can sleep 4. Baffle creek is well known for fishing, crabbing. Pets are not allowed. You have direct access to the creek via stairs onto a sandy beach where you can safely moor your boat.

We offer a unique accommodation experience by inviting you to stay on a comfortable sailing boat, overlooking our beautiful pristine billabong on our 40 acre property. You'll have exclusive command of the ship as well as your own private dining, bathroom and entertaining areas. The billabong is close by too should you wish for a cooling dip.
