Self-contained Annex Studio Flat

The accommodation consists of a double bedroom with French doors opening onto a nice big garden. There is a fully fitted kitchen and a small bathroom with walk-in shower. Broadband, TV, fridge, washing machine and drier are all included. It is about 50 yards from Egham station which has regular trains to London, the journey taking about 40 minutes. The train goes to Waterloo Station which is very close to the London Eye and Westminster, with Buckingham Palace, St James Park, Trafalgar Square a short walk away. Heathrow Airport is 5 or 6 miles away. Egham is a small town, but it has some historic interest in that the Magna Carta was signed at Runnymede down the road by the river in 1215. Not far away is Windsor castle and Eton (where princes William and Harry, and David Cameron went to school). There is also some lovely countryside around and lovely walks.

Adorable 1 bedroom guest house in Chobham

Separate Annexe, with its own entrance. Peaceful location but in the heart of Chobham Village. Perfectly situated with all amenities in a few minutes walk. We have two great pubs with the White Hart opposite & the Sun Inn just a moments walk up the road. There’s a Coop & a small Tescos for any essentials, along with restaurants on the doorstep! Great walks nearby with Chobham common & a beautiful old Church. Spacious room & luxurious en-suite. Comfy Kingsize bed & sofa which can be a single bed

Delightful detached barn crafted from French oak in a peaceful private lane on a gated country estate. Luxuriously appointed with full facilities for a short break or longer stay. Many public footpaths close by and local shops are only a 10 minute stroll away. Gastro pubs, restaurants and independent shops within easy walking distance. A short drive from M25 (J11). Free EV charging point. Fast rail links to London from Woking. LGBTQ+ friendly. Friendly Spaniel and Siamese cat on site.

A peaceful private annex in a wonderful semi-rural location in the picturesque village of Pirbright. The annex has off street parking and its own separate entrance. Pirbright is an archetypal Surrey village, with a pretty village green and two excellent pubs. Surrounded by beautiful countryside it is perfect for walking and cycling. Brookwood mainline station is 2 miles away, providing a direct service to Waterloo. Guildford and Woking are close by providing theatres, bars and restaurants.

A self-contained newly build 20 m2 studio with separate entrance and parking. The studio is comprised of an en-suite bathroom, a super-king bed, a tall boy and a work desk. A kitchenette just next to the room with fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, washing machine and a tumble dryer. “The kitchenette doesn’t have a stove or an oven.” The studio is brand new and built to high standards. Situated between Chobham Common and Swinley Forest, it is on the doorstep to some fantastic country walking and cycling routes; not to mention the famous golf courses in the area. Ideal location to visit Legoland, Thorpe Park, Ascot racing and Windsor castle. Heathrow Airport is only 15 miles away. Windlesham is known for the Boxing Day pram race and also a location to amazing gastro pubs.
