The farmhouse sleeps 8 comfortably with 2 king-size master suites that are tucked away each on their own floor. The queen room and the kids room (twins) share 1.5 baths in the "new" side of the house. The spacious light-filled farmhouse has an open floor plan with a gas fireplace in both the living room and tv/game room. Outdoors enjoy the 8 adirondack chairs and a fire pit .

We are situated directly on Wardsboro Brook, just minutes away from the best skiing and riding, hiking, biking, fishing and relaxation in Southern Vermont.The property features a private fenced yard and deck to take in all the beauty alongside the brook. The home is fully updated with modern conveniences including three sleeping areas, living room, and a fully stocked kitchen. We love and allow well-behaved furry friends in our home!

It sits on over 33 acres of fields, woods, apple orchard and Mountain View’s. 2 miles from historic Newfane Vermont, you are able to enjoy privacy, while close to the many attractions of the area. We are also dog friendly. There is an extra fee of $50 per trip per dog
