This secluded, but close to civilization, home is a perfect get away for those who want peace and quiet, as well as easy access to Sundance Resort (8 minutes away), Park City (45 minutes), as well as Provo/Orem (9 minutes down Provo Canyon). Perfect place for Provo River fishermen, mountain biking, long walks, easy-or-hard hikes. Do keep in mind that the heating furnace is great; however, there is not an air conditioner unit. Summer evenings are usually cooler and there is a fan in every room.
