We are located in Jefferson City, TN about 25 minutes away from the Sevierville/Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area. Heading west we are only 30 minutes from Knoxville. Our cozy tiny home has all of the basic necessities you will need during your visit such as full bathroom, bedroom with queen size bed, kitchen sink, tv and Wi-Fi.

This charming 3/2 home with ample parking and a large fenced in yard with picnic table and large barbecue grill, is great for both children and pets. Yes, well behaved house broken pets are welcomed. This home comes with two internet TV’s, full kitchen, as well as small items to make it easier to vacation and work.

This studio is on the lower level of our home with a private entrance and driveway. It is the only space on this level. It has a comfortable queen bed, kitchenette and an expansive private covered porch with bed swing and two seating areas. Guests staying 2 nights or more will receive a thank you gift. You will be staying just off I-40 and minutes (20-40) from Sevierville, Pigeon Forge (Dolllywood), and Gatlinburg. We are less than a mile from Douglas Lake.

A Stay On Brentwood

This location is in the heart of Morristown with a variety of restaurants and quick access to interstate 40 and interstate 81. With the Néw interstate access, the drive to pigeon Forge is about 45 but could be longer depending on traffic. Guest are encouraged to allow more time during peak season ( March- December ) This listing is NOT a good fit for small or toddler children because of the kitchenette and fireplace.
