It has two floors, a large living area on the ground floor with high ceilings, an entrance hall, a kitchen, a guest toilet, three large bedrooms, and two bathrooms with bath tub and shower on the upper floor. A tenant lives in the same house - completely separate - on the second floor with a separate entrance. Very spacious accommodation surrounded by nature in an absolutely quiet and sunny location! A tourist tax of €2.50 per person per day in addition please.

This lovely and serene hundred-year home at the foot of the Rax is a real gem. Well kept throughout the decades by our family, it is a place which makes you feel at home, in a peaceful and relaxing environment that offers the ideal atmosphere and amenities whether you wish to adventure on the mountains, stay in for a barbecue, go for a stroll over the nearby hills, go for a quick dip in the stream, home-office with a beautiful view, or even just disconnect and enjoy the surrounding nature.

Cozy and manageable, these are the strengths of this accommodation! The deliberately reduced household invites you to read a good book (library is available) or to relax with your loved ones with a good bottle of wine by candlelight. A garden with its own fireplace and adjoining forest guarantee beautiful natural experiences, so it is also ideally suited for children and adventure seekers. Within 15 km there are great excursion destinations such as a thermal spa, a ruin, and much more.

It's located in a peaceful village and allows a break in nature with activities such as hiking through the Rax, Semmering and Schneeberg area, climbing on Flatzer- or Hohe Wand, or cycling/mountain bike tours. Ski areas can be reached by car in 30-45 minutes, the Linsberg Asia thermal bath can be reached in 18 mins. The train station (4km away) has a direct connection to Vienna, which takes about 1 hour.

The house, which is about 150 years old, is within walking distance of the Hohe Wand, ideal for climbing, hiking... In a short time you can reach the Schneeberg either by train or car. The house can accommodate 4 adults or 2 adults with 4 children. There is a beautiful garden, Swedish stove, a well-equipped kitchen, a large dining table, 2 toilets, a TV. The municipality of Grünbach charges a tourist tax of €2.50 per person/night to be paid on site.

Rural Retreat with all comfort

This 100 year old wooden house is surrounded on 3 sides by forest and offers a wonderful view of the Rax. The south-facing, sunny view extends from the Rax to the Preiner Gschaid. The house has a heating with two Swedish stoves, which are able to heat the entire house. A modern kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator (with freezer) and induction cooker completes the basic equipment. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy nature.

Das Ferienhaus ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für Aktivitäten jeglicher Art - sowohl in den Sommermonaten als auch im Winter. Auch die kleinsten Gäste kommen nicht zu kurz: das Ferienhaus liegt nur wenige Fahrminuten von Sankt Corona und dem Naturbadesee entfernt.
