This fact is confirmed by the discovery, during the construction of the resort, of traces of two settlements that functioned here in prehistoric times. This cottage, built in the American style in 2025, is truly special. It is directly adjacent to a pond in which, in addition to koi carp, many birds are active. The toilet-shower building is right next to it but is a separate building, which is nice if you are with several guests. Shower water is electrically heated. Heating and cooling is done by means of a heat pump. The large panoramic window offers not only a magnificent view of the pond but also the surrounding countryside.
