Landbeach offers excellent links to the M11, A14 (A1) and the A10.

There are 2 other seating areas, one upstairs with stunning views over the countryside - perfect for meeting for a quiet drink and chat in the evenings. And a TV room which connects with both the Courtyard and the large secure garden.

Easy access from the A14, at the Newmarket junction. Recently renovated cottage set back slightly from road, with 1 king size bed and one double bed. Fully equipped kitchen and outdoor space. A good base to visit Newmarket(2 miles), Cambridge (13 miles) or even a trip to the coast as Felixstowe is under an hour away. Not suitable for children as the stairs are steep. One parking space available at the bottom of the garden. Three local pubs within walking distance.

The stables are located on the edge of the village of Burwell, with a range of village amenities, including 4 country pubs within walking distance. Be sure to explore the stunning National Trust Wicken Fen nature reserve, which is on your doorstep. Burwell is perfectly located between Newmarket and Cambridge, with both being only a short drive away.
