Completely renovated historic stone house built by the founder of Anton Motyčka in 1831, the house has a ground floor and 2 floors, with a total living area of 190 m2 , 4 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with WC. The ground floor has a fully furnished kitchen including dishwasher, electric oven and microwave. The furnishings of the house are in period style. Glazed entry porch and garden available for guests only BBQ and fire pit in front of the house just a few meters from the water tank and beautiful creek.

Pool I Sauna I Close to river, tennis and lifts

Our villa is perfect for family vacations with kids. In the winter, very close to the lifts (10mn to the New Osada, 5mn Siglany) in the summer, 5 mn walking to the river and to the tennis courts. The house has a large sauna (4-6 people) and year-round indoor pool overlooking the garden. The pool is heated and can also be used as a hot tub (water massages). You can park 5 cars on the premises. Very close to the house is a very new large supermarket (5mn walk) which is very convenient for family shopping.

APARTMENT N. 2 Vila Familia is situated in the centre of spa town called Turčianske Teplice. Our house is just 50meter far from the Aquapark with big garden, terrace, swimming pool and park places. The town center is just 100 m far from the Vila. For our guests we offer 2 new renovated apartments. Apartment n. 2 is situated on the ground floor and it is for 2 people. Apartment has it own kitchen, bathroom and exit to the garden. The reservations are accepted just for at least 2 night.

Warmly to the 6-person cottage "Jelonkowo", which is located in the heart of the picturesque village of Brenna, near the Brennica River. We offer a living room with a fold-out cornea, connected to the kitchen, and two bedrooms with a balcony and two bathrooms (one with a shower, a hair dryer, and a clothes dryer). We also provide towels. The kitchen is fully equipped, has a fridge-freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and induction hob.
