That is our Tiny House Black Swallow on Ranch 66. Beautiful walks, and a horse stable is within sight. Every season has its charm. There is a bedroom with a 160cm double bed and a sofa bed. There is a swimming pool outside that can be used free of charge during the summer months. There is also a sauna and a hot tub with jets (for an additional fee)

The cottage has a beautiful garden with a swimming pool, as well as a pergola with garden furniture and a barbecue for a pleasant sitting. Parking is available directly on the property (up to 3 cars). The cottage has a functional Wi-Fi connection, TV with O2 TV and, for example, a fireplace. The cottage is in great condition and you will find 2 balconies, one terrace, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room and a kitchen.

We believe that it is the intimate environment with two apartments that creates a pleasant and friendly atmosphere, but at the same time, we recommend the accommodation to guests who do not mind sharing the outdoor areas with other guests.

Accommodation is possible all year round. The apartment has a kitchen with a dining area connected to the living area, a separate bedroom and a bathroom with a toilet. There is, of course, a covered terrace with seating, a private parking space and Wi-Fi. The fireplace in the living area creates a great atmosphere.

Built with our own hands from the ground up to handmade interior furniture. The surroundings of the cottage have been arranged for your comfort: a terrace with sun loungers and bathtubs for swimming in the summer, a tub with heated water for spring and autumn days, outdoor seating on a partially covered terrace next to a small pond, space for grilling or roasting. And greenery planted all around. I wanted guests to experience quality and comfort both at first sight and firsthand.

The apartment offers a magnificent view of the Sĺňava reservoir. It consists of a separate bathroom with a shower, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living area where a couch is located, which, when unfolded, turns into a full-size bed of 180 x 200 cm (22 cm mattress height). The apartment also has a balcony with seating. Guests can also use an outdoor pool with a patio and sun loungers (expected summer 2025) and city bikes that we offer for free for guests.

Our cozy retro cottage is located in the beautiful Wallachian landscape, near Rožnov pod Radhostem, CHKO Beskydy. We offer guests pleasant accommodation, where the entire cottage is available to only one group. A stream flows behind the cottage, there are fruit trees in the garden that pleasantly cool you down on hot summer days. There are plenty of activities in the area, whether hiking, cycling, sightseeing, or attractions for children.
