Set in a remote location, surrounded by farmland and beautiful countryside views. The area is full of wildlife, with barn owls living close by. Watch the deer and hares in the early morning across the fields. Bring your binoculars to spot the birds of prey. A truly beautiful place. Accommodation is spacious, with 2 good sized bedrooms, large open plan kitchen and living room, large TV, super fast WiFi, comfy corner sofa and outdoor space to enjoy the views. THE OLD COACH is an 1845 coach house to the manor across the road. It has since been sensitively and meticulously transformed into the bijou stone town house with quality fittings and furnishings. Remnants of the original premises can still be seen. The interior décor is quirky and eclectic creating a fun and comfortable atmosphere. The Good Place, Spalding

The good place is in the centre of town making it easy to explore Spalding . We are a five minute walk from the train station. Our beautiful house contains interesting history and still has a lot of original features. It’s a great place for a relaxing weekend away or as a base to explore the local area. We are half hour away from Stamford , Peterborough and only an hour away from Norfolk . London is accessible in an hour and half by train.

Please note the stairs are quite steep, so check the photos carefully to make sure they’re suitable for your group.
