The house is made of wood, 130 m², with a wood-burning stove, air conditioning in the bedrooms and a large garden. It is 400 m to the shops. A cat, Pearl lives in the apartment. There is a garden sauna, at the house, where 3 people can lie. There is a fire bowl in front of the sauna. Cost: 10 euros per hour for the sauna. Please register the sauna use as I have to give a short briefing. It can be grilled, a barbecue is ready.
