We designed it with large windows in all rooms, welcoming the sunlight and peaceful setting. Access to clean and empty garage for storage (No parking). We have no personal items in the guest level - all closets and dressers are empty and yours for full use! Co Host reside in lower separate entrance suite. Nothing Shared.

This is my dog and I's full time (older) home that I share with respectful people in need of a quiet place to stay. My place is located in a quiet condo complex, with friendly neighbors. A peaceful beach retreat that's close to all the action, this one-bedroom cottage is the oldest in the neighborhood and is full of retro charm. The house is within walking distance of Nantasket Beach and is set back from the road in a large, quiet yard. Don't worry about beach parking—the driveway is big enough to park two cars. Hull has plenty of restaurants and activities. Grab a post-swim ice cream in the summer and watch the sunset on the secluded patio.
