Cozy Boho Cottage

Our little cottage is just right for a couple, or single guest who wants a relaxing space for exploring Chester and surrounding areas. We have a full kitchen. The bathroom & shower is small. The bedroom has a queen sized bed, and a TV. The living room has a 50 inch TV. The main source of heat is a wood stove (wood is provided) we also have 2 portable heaters. The house is small and only 500 sq ft. It is located in the back, behind another house. Parking area is in front of the cottage.

This is a 570 sq ft building with BR, BA and living area. It is located in beautiful Indian Valley. Lots of wildlife including deer, turkey, bear, and geese. The Kitchenette has a coffee and tea maker, refrigerator, hot plate, electric skillet and microwave, and should have enough tools for you to make simple meals. I also provide a grill on the patio, some outdoor furniture so guests may enjoy coffee, tea, in the morning or another beverage while watching the stars at night.

This spacious, bright and welcoming home has everything you need to be comfortable including more than adequate space for parking, gathering inside or outside, or finding a quiet place to be by yourself. This older home has undergone many improvements but still needs a few things, mostly cosmetically. We are a pet-friendly dwelling and welcome all pets who have good house manners. As we do live upstairs with 3 pets - there will be some footsteps from time to time. This unit stays nice and cool in the summer and there are heaters to keep warm in the winter. There is lots of space to socialize and a full kitchen to utilize. Whether traveling for work or pleasure - The Storybook Suite will provide a cozy mountain farm retreat.
