The vacation home is located in such a way that, despite its presence at a distance, you are completely free. In the surrounding area, you can enjoy fantastic cycling, hiking, bird watching, and canoeing; in Roden, there is a 9-hole golf course.

Do you like peace, space, water, nature and a nice city around the corner? Then this is your house! The house has 2 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. It is located on a small-scale holiday park on the Leekstermeer. Within a 50-meter walk, you can enter or access the lake. Right next to the park is the beautiful nature reserve De Onlanden. And with 30 minutes of cycling, you are in the middle of the city center of the fun city of Groningen. The house has a lovely terrace with its own sauna (wood-fired). Unique!

Gypsywagon, at microroastery The Half Ambt

Come stay in our gypsywagon, on the edge of our oasis in the far north of Netherlands. You walk to the wagon cross our small estate, at the end of dead end road. You ll find peace and quiet and when it gets dark it really gets dark: official Dark Sky area! Amenities are shared with campers elsewhere in the estate. You ll find a outdoor kitchen nearby, hot shower and toilet 100 yards further in the Barn, next to a small coffee roastery. There is a €15 surcharge if you need sheets and towels....

Guesthouse the Barn with Jacuzzi

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space overlooking the meadows and forest. The Barn is a luxurious guesthouse at the back of the farm with us on the property, wonderfully quiet location outside the village. Fully furnished with kitchen, bathroom, living room and 2 bedrooms. 1 on the loft and 1 separate bedroom both with a large 2-person bed. The loft has a headroom of 165 cm. Next to the house is a warmly decorated tiny house where a lot of light comes in. Equipped with a refrigerator, oven, stove and with the most beautiful kitchen counter in Groningen. Upstairs are 2 sleeping lofts, each with a double bed. And there is an extra room with bed (*). The French doors lead you to a beautiful terrace with outdoor stove, sauna and the Groningen outdoor life. As an extra option, you can choose a breakfast or cheese platter consisting of organic local products

Luxury cozy Dijkhuis directly on the waterfront of Matsloot

Relax and unwind in our cozy and comfortable Dijkhuisje, where you can swim in the morning, right from your own jetty. With the two single canoes and a Canadian canoe that are included in the rental, water fun and discovering the Onlanden nature reserve is also guaranteed. A women's and men's bicycle are at your disposal. The city of Groningen is 10 minutes away by car and in the middle of a nature reserve with beautiful hiking and cycling areas. The property is fenced.

Enjoy peace, space and nature in this cozy pipo wagon for two people in Niebert. The wagon is located in a secluded part of the property and offers a beautiful unobstructed view over the surrounding countryside. Inside you will find a modern and comfortable interior with a warm, cozy feel. Next to the Pipo trailer, there is a private outdoor kitchen and private bathroom with toilet and shower, so you can fully enjoy the outdoors with all the comforts within reach.

Sleeping in a tiny house avant la lettre. That's possible with us. Our recently renovated cottage offers a separate living and sleeping floor, is basic but still has all the comforts. Located in the old and rural Enumatil, this is the ideal place for a quiet (nature) vacation or mini break. In the immediate vicinity, there are beautiful cycling routes to be found and forest, heath or Groningen city can be found within a fifteen-minute drive.

Het Witte Huisje is a cozy and bright vacation home with a quiet location and unobstructed views over the Groningen landscape. The comfortable living room with pallet stove and plenty of daylight invites you to relax. The modern open kitchen is fully equipped. There are two bedrooms with double beds and a neat bathroom. This beautiful cottage is equipped with everything so you can fully enjoy all that beautiful Groningen has to offer! After our driveway of about 800m, you are assured of fresh air. The Tiny House is one of two Tiny Houses on our property at the end of a dead-end road. Be welcome!
