Het huis ligt aan een historisch wandelpad en heeft aan twee kanten zicht op weiland. Het ruime huis is geschikt voor maximaal 6 personen en aan te bevelen voor families met kinderen. Rondom het huis bevindt zich een grote kindvriendelijke tuin met een schommel en een trampoline. In de zomer staat er een groot opbouwzwembad in de tuin.
