My 120 m² apartment (built in 2019) in a central location is the ideal place to relax after a mudflat hike or to enjoy the fresh North Sea air on one of the two spacious balconies. This modern apartment features a spacious living room with an integrated kitchen, furnished in a Nordic style. The dining table can accommodate the whole family. Two large double beds and a cozy sofa bed offer sleeping places for four people. A baby cot and high chair are available for little ones.

In the modern furnished attic apartment, with its south-facing terrace, you can spend the most beautiful time of the year. The living room with TV, sofa bed and dining area, the new kitchen with dishwasher as well as the bedroom with walk-in closet, TV, box spring and crib will please you just as much as the bathroom with shower and toilet.

We took over our "Fernsicht" apartment in December 2021. Since then, it has been renovated/modernized with a lot of love – much is new and offers comfort. Our motto: If we feel comfortable, then so will our guests. The distant view over fields and meadows with all kinds of animals, the view to Büsum and towards the dike with the kites of the kitesurfers in the Perlebucht on the horizon as well as the fresh North Sea air invite you to relax - pure relaxation!

The holiday flat is located in a nice neighbourhood in Österdeichstrich, a small town 3km nearby the health resort Büsum which can easily be reached by bike or car. Various bathing and natural beaches in rural places in the neighbouring villages invite all those who prefer more privacy. You can easily reach St. Peter Ording, Friedrichstadt, Husum, Heide and various other places by car.

"Hus Utspann" is suitable for families or for a generational vacation. We welcome couples who prefer separate bedrooms, students preparing for exams, girlfriends' vacations, participants in outpatient rehab or... The beach, the town center, the harbor and various shopping facilities are a few minutes' walk away (see below). The stop of the seasonal bathing train is very close by. IMPORTANT: There is a spa tax! (see below)

There is a small kitchenette, dining area, sleeping area and above the sleeping area a cozy sofa corner with TV and stunning views of the wide nature. ​ A parking space is available to you directly at the house free of charge.

Our vacation home is exactly geared towards your vacation with baby or toddler. From stair protection, to baby bed to high chair, everything is on site, so you can enjoy the holidays in a relaxed way. The highlight is the handcart that accompanies the little ones to the beach. A washing machine is available for laundry in between. So your vacation with baby stays carefree – even if something goes wrong.

This vacation home in Büsum was completed in early 2023. On 106 m² there are 4 rooms, 1 bathroom with shower and sauna and a toilet. Outside there is a terrace with a storage shed and a loggia at the top adjacent to both bedrooms. A spacious living and dining area with fully equipped kitchen and fireplace is the center of the house. There is also storage space for bicycles. Even dogs are welcome here.
