Not far from Lake Ratzeburger in a village location, surrounded by fields and nearby forest, the apartment (90 m²) with private entrance can accommodate up to 4 people. The bright rooms are inviting, south terrace (60 m²) with table, chairs and loungers as well as a small garden complete the offer. Bed dimensions (cm) 180 x 200 and 160 x 200. From here you can explore the beautiful surroundings. Bicycles are available (see photos). Additional information: Washer/dryer by arrangement for € 5 each

Lovingly renovated single house with 80 m² of living space has been inviting families to relax since November 2019, whether for a cozy weekend or an exploration of the Lauenburg Lake District and the Schaalsee Biosphere Reserve. Large living/dining area, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, veranda and a cozy garden with large terrace (see photos). The location is ideal for day trips: about 25 minutes to Lübeck, 40 minutes to Schwerin, 45 minutes to the Baltic Sea beach or 50 minutes to Hamburg City.

Eine separate Toilette mit Waschbecken und Fön gehört auch zur Wohnung, sowie eine Dusche.Ein Fernseher, Kommoden, Esstisch mit 2 Stühlen dazu. Ein großes Boxspringbett gehört auch zur Ausstattung. In the closed area of our house. Pleasant atmosphere through clay plaster + wood; beautiful surroundings, very quiet. and close: Ratzeburg (car 5 min), Lübeck (car 20 min). One bathroom; only ONE fast induction hotplate, simple cooking, fridge, Wi-Fi. Double bed (160 × 200). Additional table + chairs in the garden. Free bikes. Bus on B207 junction Buchholz. Very fast to the lake, boating. No animals, no smoking. Limited telephony in the house due to clay plaster depending on the provider.

Cozy lake house

The cozy summer cottage is located directly on the lake and is located on the same approx. 3500 m² property as our house (approx. 45 m away). At the end of the cul-de-sac, it is very quiet, surrounded by nature. It is practically and comfortably furnished, with everything your heart desires and offers accommodation for 2 people, possibly with a child. The sofa in the living room can be used as a sofa bed if necessary. Ideal for couples, friends, a small family or all alone.

Welcome to our newly renovated thatched roof house in Klempau! It combines high-quality and modern living comfort with traditional charm. Quietly located, only 5 minutes to Lake Ratzeburg, 20 minutes to Lübeck and about 30 minutes to the Baltic Sea. Designer furniture, spacious rooms and sunny terraces offer the perfect setting for relaxation and excursions. Ideal for couples, small families, groups of friends or solo travelers who want to combine style and nature.

Buchenhof

Holiday home Buchenhof is located in Delingsdorf and offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. The two-story property features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a dedicated workspace for home office, and a TV. A high chair is also available. Enjoy the spacious private outdoor area with a garden, open terrace, and 2 balconies.

The slightly different apartment

Our small, nice apartment on the 2nd floor is suitable for 2 people. Due to the penthouse roof, it has a great room height and is bright and friendly. In the living area you have a large TV and a cozy sofa. There is also the small, well-equipped kitchenette with 2 ceramic hobs and a refrigerator. A parking space is right by the house. Distance to Ratzeburg 3 km The staircase is used by another person, as our office is located on the 1st floor.

Good Pettluis - Vacation in the Mansion

The apartment is about 100 m², has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It is level and has an independent entrance. It has its own terrace and is located on the south side of the house. Rooms are featured with antique furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator. The bathroom has a large corner bath and double sink. In the living room is a big flat screen. And lots of shelves with books for every taste.

Vacation in a historic farmhouse

This historic building is a typical North German farmhouse and is located on the edge of a small village with unobstructed views of the hilly countryside. Our 2-hectare natural property is adjacent to our own meadow behind the house, with many cozy spots under trees and by the stream. We renovated the cottage with natural materials and furnished it comfortably, e.g. with a fireplace and small sauna.
