The garden house is located in the middle of our 2000m2 garden. At the edge of the garden you will find the sauna and hot tub that overlook the meadows. We live a large part of the garden here, and are happy to share the wealth of the outdoors with others.

In the beautiful Achterhoek, you will find this special house "wellness Gaanderen" hidden between the meadows. An oasis of peace with panoramic views, large fully fenced garden with barrel sauna, XL Jacuzzi, outdoor shower, heated swimming spa, and a Finnish Grillkota! The house is equipped with two bedrooms, luxury kitchen, full bathroom, washing machine, veranda and a cozy living room with wood burner. A wonderful place for 4 to 5 people to enjoy all the wellness facilities in complete privacy.

Wolfers Cottage

Wolfers Cottage is een Tiny House gelegen aan de rand van het bos nabij landgoed Het Zand Hattemer Oldenburger gelegen in de Achterhoek tussen Ruurlo, Zelhem, Halle en Hengelo Gld. De omgeving is rustig en ideaal voor natuurliefhebbers met het karakteristieke coulissen landschap met veel afwisseling. De ruime bospaden nodigen uit voor wandelingen en fietstochten naar bijvoorbeeld Ruurlo met het kasteel, waarin het museum voor Modern Realisme MORE is gevestigd met de collectie van Karel Willink.

Welcome to our oasis of tranquility. Being located on a historical and green location in the Achterhoek, you can fully enjoy the nature. Centuries ago, a castle called ‘Huis Ulft’ was located on the premises. It used to belong to the sister of one of the Netherlands most important historical figures. Nowadays, the location still resembles a fairytale’s beauty. The cottage is comfortably equipped with facilities as a large private terrace, multiple unique bedrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Slapen onder een heldere sterrenhemel en wakker worden door het fluiten van de vogels. In het Noordoosten van de Achterhoek hebben we, als onderdeel van onze woonboerderij, een oude schuur verbouwd tot een comfortabel gastenverblijf. Het huisje staat in een grote tuin omgeven door fruitbomen. Wandelroutes, waaronder een klompenpad, starten direct vanaf je verblijf. Diverse fietsknooppunten zijn op steenworp afstand te vinden. Welkom en geniet van alles wat de mooie Achterhoek te bieden heeft!

Casa de amigos (rural location)

Beautiful home with plenty of space around the house. We love hospitality and respect your privacy. Can be totally contactless if that is a wish, because everything is separate and has its own entrance and lockbox. House is cleaned by us according to Airbnb rules. Important due to ambiguity, we can serve/make breakfast, but this can only be done on request and costs 10 pp. The meadow opposite the front door can be used by our guests for the dogs. This is fenced, and the garden is not fenced.

Address: Recreationspark het Zonnetje, Ruurloseweg 30 no. 102 in Zelhem. In a wooded quiet environment, ideal for hiking and biking. The house is on the ground floor and features a kitchen, adjoining living room with dining area and sitting area with TV, Wi-Fi available. 2 bedrooms including 1 bedroom with double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom with double sink furniture, toilet and shower. In addition, there is a separate toilet with sink. No smoking or pets please.

It is modernly designed and equipped with every every comfort (incl. dishwasher). From the chalet you walk or cycle through the woods to Slangenburg Castle for a delicious cup of coffee. Highly recommend for peace seekers and nature lovers. Doetinchem is 7 km away for cozy shopping and nice restaurants.

In the middle of the tranquil Münsterland lies this cozy and newly modernized granny apartment in Rhede-Nord. Despite the fact that many new residential areas have recently been built here, the house is still surrounded by nature. Extensive walks through fields and forests are thus easily possible. By car, you can reach the center of Bocholt within 10 minutes. The highway can also be reached quickly via the B67, so you are in the middle of the Ruhr area within 45 minutes.

Light and spacious, with over 50m2, there is plenty of room for a luxurious stay for 2 people. Kitchen, room, bathroom, separate toilet and bedroom are all new and luxurious. We have furnished the independent studio with high-quality materials. Just as you would like it at home. Although we do not serve breakfast, we always provide a refrigerator filled with some drinks, butter, yogurt/quark, eggs, jam. There are also cereals, oil/vinegar, sugar, coffee and tea.

Escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and immerse yourself in the tranquility and space of our cozy and spacious guesthouse. Our residence has breathtaking views of the vast fields that surround us. Adjacent is a spacious communal kitchen and meeting space. By renting the meeting room, you can organize a joint activity here. Pets are allowed. The space is wheelchair friendly.

This apartment in a detached house of a peaceful neighbourhood, is just a ten minute walk from the city center. It's located on the first floor and caters for a private entrance, kitchen and bathroom. The groundfloor offers a room with two single beds, it can be booked additionally only during the weekend or national holidays. The photo's do not do the spacious rooms enough justice.
