Cozy apartment in a great location. 150 m is the harbor promenade, 200 m to the sandy beach and the beach promenade. There are numerous cafés, bars, restaurants, shops and playgrounds in the immediate vicinity. The apartment consists of a large room with kitchenette, a spacious bathroom with shower and a washing machine. There is also a large sun terrace. The apartment is on the 4th floor, there is no lift available. The main station is only 1 km away.
