We have a large quiet comfortable home to share with you. A bright and airy double room, with its own private bathroom. Comfy lounge or conservatory can be used. We provide a light breakfast. A full breakfast can be provided with notice - at a small fee. Ample parking in front of the house and an EV charging point. We are 10 minutes from the M6 junction 3, 5 minutes from Nuneaton station by car/taxi. George Eliot Hospital (5 mins walk). We have two rooms on AirBNB if extra room required.

You will love being in a quiet cul de sac, parking outside the house. Only a 20 minute walk into Sutton Coldfield, and Good Hope Hospital, via Newhall Valley Country Park. Sutton Park is nearby, which is a beautiful, 2400 acre National Nature Reserve. There are buses and trains within a short walking distance, to Birmingham, Universities, NEC, Tamworth,Lichfield and more! I am easy going, and willing to help with any queries. I have 2 gorgeous well behaved and friendly cockapoo dogs.

Two adults, or one adult and one child, no extra charge. A child under 1 no extra charge. this is a terraced property in a URBAN area.

Lovely room located in the safe area of Earlsdon. The room has a single bed, a wardrobe, a desk, a chair, a smart TV, storage space beneath the bed and a storage corner. The door can also be locked from both inside and outside. You’ll be sharing the house with the co-host, a female lodger and a cat. The house is located 2 minutes from the high street, which has multiple restaurants, shops and bus stops. Tea, coffee, snacks, cereal, and milk are provided.

Spacious, quiet and cozy, our loft is on the second floor of the house, which we refurbished over the past few years while keeping its Edwardian soul. Access is via the main house entrance and through shared corridor and staircase.
