Fully remodeled 1 bedroom basement apartment with private back door access for guests. Centrally located in the Fargo area, with only a 3 minute drive to downtown, and a 5 minute drive to the interstate. A full and spacious kitchen that allows for eating in. Large bedroom with a King size bed, and a twin size mattress underneath that can be pulled out. Large living room with Roku TV, room to relax and work, with plenty of space to inflate the queen air mattress to accommodate for more guests.
