Cabs (NO Uber, yet) Car to Go - car rental EVO - car rental Bike - Shaw bike rentals 1/2 blk away Transit - 1-2 blks in all directions Walk - food, shopping, salons, pubs My suite is located on the 3rd floor and can be accessed via stairs or elevator. One flight from the back entrance and several flights if you arrive from the front of the building (unless you take the elevator) then once on the 3rd floor landing there are two more steps before my door.

You have full use of the patio with a barbecue, full high end kitchen with the best appliances including Viking stove, A Beautiful dining area and living room with gas fireplace and smart TV and a den on the main floor with another Smart TV . Upstairs is the bedroom and 2 bathrooms. Someone who’s offsite will be available as needed The house sits on a tree-lined street in a quiet, family neighbourhood one block away from public transportation and a short walk from a food market, Starbucks coffee, a local wine shop, and a delicious ice cream parlour. Parking if you have a car is right in front of the house on our quiet street. If you need public transit, we are 1 short block walk to public transportation and a short walk to a food market , Starbucks coffee, Local wine shop and a delicious ice cream shop.

We are nestled among the Douglas Firs and Western Cedars on a rock. We call it our treehouse. 5 minute drive, 25 min walk (hill involved) from the ferry/Cove/restaurants. 10 min walk to Miller's Landing Beach, wonderful swimming, overlooking the North Shore Mountains. 10 min walk to Crippen Regional Park! In all directions there are extensive trails! On bus rte This is a dream suite with its own deck, outside table, fully equipped mini kitchen, and lots more! We live in Main house. lic#0977

Oceanfront with stunning views of Howe Sound/Coastal Mountains (above photo). Close to town, ferry, restaurants. A 10 minute walk through our forest leads to our swimmable beach. Suite is newly renovated with stone fireplace insert, queen bed, new sofa bed, keyless entrance and private deck (bedding and towels provided). Kitchenette has microwave, small fridge, infra-red single burner, water dispenser, coffee/espresso makers, dishes, no sink (we do the dishes for you). BL#00000625
