Haus Iris is an independent small terraced house on two floors with its own entrance. Downstairs are the bathroom, the kitchen-living room and the living room with access to the covered terrace. Upstairs are the two bedrooms: The large one with a double bed, the small one with two single beds. The rooms are located in the basement of the house and are accessible without stairs. Two spacious bedrooms, a bathroom with toilet + shower and a kitchenette with fridge, coffee maker and kettle are available. The level is exclusive for our guests. There is a separate entrance from the outside with beautiful views of the garden, which can also be used. The house (first floor) is occupied, but very quiet. We have a small dog that is very family friendly.

Likewise, it is also a place of relaxation for a short trip to the countryside for couples or a vacation apartment for the whole family. The A7 is close (behind a small piece of forest and therefore not audible) and therefore the location is also attractive for those passing through.

My cottage Waldferienhaus is located on a meadow at the edge of the small town Lamspringe. There is a beautiful view into the landcape. The calm, hilly countryside is inviting you to spend some relaxing days far from noise and traffic. You can explore the environment by hiking (some nice geocaching-trails here), or visit the Harz mountains or some towns like Goslar, Hildesheim, Bad Gandersheim.
