We rent a cozy, small, approx. 40 square meter apartment with a view of the countryside, which you can enjoy while having breakfast from the lounge seating area on the wooden terrace from the first floor. The apartment is perfect for two people, but can also be used for a short time with 4 people. The 186 bus stops right in front of our door and with the S-Bahn, which is about 1500m away, you are in the center of Hamburg. Quiet, Modern Loft (94 sqm) in Sternschanze

Our beautiful, newly furnished loft apartment in one of the most beloved neighbourhoods of Hamburg, St. Pauli is now available. The loft is in a quiet, secluded ‘hof’ as they are called in Germany, with a private gate to the street which protects you from the hustle and bustle of the city even though you are just steps away from it all. The newly built space, 2015/16 offers working/living lofts and we have recently converted ours into a living space, fully furnished inWinter 2018 / 19.

It has its own little kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. Our spacious apartment comes with two beds: One 140x200cm bed in the separate bedroom + one cosy bed right under the rooftop 140x200cm, accessible via a ladder High-Speed WLAN is included. Due to the historic old stairwell this apartment is not suitable for disabled people.

Hof von Donnerschwee / Helene apartment

The Donnerschwee farm, first mentioned in 1937 and later built, is located in the northeast of the city of Oldenburg and was the first settlement house on the square. The Donnerschwee district emerged from an old farming village, which presumably existed since the 9th century. The surroundings impress with their proximity to the Donnerschwee meadows and their beautiful cycling and walking paths. Nevertheless, everyday necessities are within a few minutes' walk or on foot.

Harưand is located in the middle of the Weser. The cottage is located at the southern end of the island and can be easily reached via a bridge. To get to the beach, only the island road has to be crossed. At low tide, there is the possibility of extensive hikes such as the North Sea. Bremen, Bremerhaven and Oldenburg can be reached in about 40 minutes by car. On the island there is a beach with gastronomy from March to October. Shopping 6-8 km away.

The flat is located in beautiful Kirchrode, nevertheless there is good public transfer. There is a direct bus to the fair grounds.

The loft was created from former commercial premises. It is open plan and contains many details in the industrial style. Old bricks, polished and sealed concrete, wood from an old oak, old machine parts made of cast iron and many other unique things have helped make the loft a special place. The loft is quietly located in a courtyard. It is located on the ground floor and is easily accessible.
