Das Haus wurde vollständig renoviert: Fußbodenheizung (Wärmetauscher), Wallbox, Sauna, Kamin alles wird mit Ökostrom betrieben. Deshalb werden die Stromkosten Zählergenau berechnet. Sie planen ein langes Wochenende? Buchen Sie die Anreise Freitags ab 15 Uhr und genießen Sie den Sonntag bis zum Abend.

The spacious "country house" is located on an idyllic and somewhat hidden property in the countryside. It offers plenty of space for 6-7 people on its 120 square meters of living space. Large windows let plenty of light and air into the open-plan living and dining area, which is directly connected to a spacious terrace including a garden. Upstairs is a large bathroom with a hot tub and a spacious bedroom as well as another sleeping area on the open gallery.

Our "Walachei" is a special truss under thatch on an idyllic estate with a garden and small lake. The house was completely renovated in 2021 and is ideal for a break with friends or family. The spacious living area offers plenty of space and freedom. Many extras such as a sauna, hot tub and a fireplace invite you to relax. An additional highlight is the garden shielded from view. From the terrace or the sun deck you have a direct view of the water.

Very close to the Mariensee Monastery on the Leine, we offer a guest house overlooking the Leine. The old ferry house to Basse forms the foundation of the property. The country garden with pool and wooden terrace connects everything to a unique spot where you can also just relax. The cottage is in a backyard in the center of Eppendorf. Thus, everything you need is in reach by foot (supermarket, restaurants, bars, public transport and shops). The cottage is open concept and has two floors. On the ground floor is the living room with the kitchen, the bathroom. Upstairs is a sleeping area as well as a separate bed room. The cottage is suitable for couples, individual adventurers and families with kids.

Waldferienhaus - Cosy cottage close to the forest

My cottage Waldferienhaus is located on a meadow at the edge of the small town Lamspringe. There is a beautiful view into the landcape. The calm, hilly countryside is inviting you to spend some relaxing days far from noise and traffic. You can explore the environment by hiking (some nice geocaching-trails here), or visit the Harz mountains or some towns like Goslar, Hildesheim, Bad Gandersheim.

Just six kilometers from the old town of Stade lies this small, cozy, former bakery. It offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation - from the sun terrace to the washing machine. Enjoy quiet hours on the sun terrace in summer and a cozy fire in the oven in winter. The house is surrounded by a large, wild garden - here you can really unwind.
