Wir bieten ein gemütliches Zimmer in einem Einfamilienhaus. Bei gastfreundlichen und unkomplizierten Gastgebern. Zu Fuss ist der Walensee oder Restaurants schnell und bequem zu erreichen. Die Berge zum Wandern oder Skifahren sind mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln schnell und unkompliziert erreichbar. Wir freuen uns auf nette Gäste und wünschen euch bei einem Kaffe oder einem Bier, einen tollen Aufenthalt in unserer abwechslungsreichen Region.

Guesthouse"Landhaus an der Thur"

Our"Landhaus an der Thur" is centrally located in the village of Alt St. Johann. It has 7 double rooms, partly with balcony. All are individually furnished and equipped with TV/radio/WIFI. A coffee corner with free coffee/tea is available for our guests, as well as a fridge for personal fresh products. We do not serve breakfast. However, within 100 meters there are two restaurants and a grocery store. Daily cleaning is included in the price.

In our newly renovated Appenzell farmhouse, we rent 5 originally furnished guest rooms. We have a beautiful view of the Rhine Valley and Alps, an ideal starting point for hikes or bike tours 200 m to the train station and yet in the countryside, about 3.5 km from the center of Gais. We offer a rich breakfast with homemade spelt baked goods, freshly prepared Bircher muesli and regional and/or organic products for CHF 12.00 per person per day.

Das 2018 erstellte Gasthaus Schäfli, befindet sich mitten im Dorfkern von Waldstatt, 100 m ab Bahnhof. Zimmer mit Sicht auf das Alpsteinmassiv oder auf der Nordseite an ruhiger Lage. Parkmöglichkeiten in nächster Nähe. Selbständiger Zimmerbezug mit Code und Zugangskarte. Separater Aufenthaltsraum mit vollausgestatteter Küche und Kaffeemaschine. Frühstück zusätzlich buchbar für CHF 12.- p.P.

The Schäfli guesthouse, built in 2018, is located in the middle of the village of Waldstatt, 100 m from the train station. Room overlooking the Alpstein massif or on the north side in a quiet location. Parking in close proximity. Self-contained room occupancy with code and access card. Separate lounge with fully equipped kitchen and coffee machine. Breakfast available for CHF 12.- p.p.

Villa Donkey Bed & Breakfast double room "Green"

An old mansion with 3 double rooms and 1 single rooms, each with many nice details. We provide a personal service, including breakfast. In our holiday and adventure village we also offer several tepees, chalets and yurts with different sleeping setups. The village with fireplace, adventure playground and leisure meadow is of course also available for our B&B guests.

Experience nature up close in the house with charm and poetry. The lovingly restored Appenzellerhaus is ideally located for peace seekers, hikers, bikers and cyclists (tours in the lowlands), offers security in the midst of intact nature. The romantic four-poster bed makes dreams come true. Enjoy a hearty breakfast of your choice with fine homemade products.

The Single room is a 1Person room. Small but cosy. It contains a comfy Chair, a Closet and a Sink. It's on the first floor. In the House are 4 Rooms, wich can be rented together or separately and be shared with other guests. In the main House there is a common Room.. We are are a NON-Smoking place.

Inviting bed & breakfast with parking

The room is located on the top floor above a rustic, bourgeois restaurant with Appenzeller charm. The center and train station are within walking distance(about 5 minutes) and on the opposite side of the street is a gas station with shop.
