The apartment itself is part of our private house, which means it may well be that you hear us every now and then.(We live above the apartment) You can enter the apartment through a private entrance via the garden and thus have your privacy. Our 30-year-old house is located in a quiet and green residential area. The garden with old trees can also be used. We renovated the house ourselves and were keen to preserve the character. The apartment on the upper floor offers a good view of the garden and the Deister. By arrangement, I will gladly offer breakfast for a fee. Parking is available in front of the property. The S-Bahn station with a half-hour connection to Hanover is a 3-minute walk.

This apartment is located in a two-family house. We live in the apartment on the ground floor, while the upper apartment is available for you. The apartment has a living and dining area, 2 bedrooms and a shower room. The house has a large garden where you can enjoy the sun on warm days. The view from the window invites you to relax. The Deister can be reached on foot in a few minutes, inviting you to take a beautiful walk.

Whether you want to relax in the countryside, visit your family, got a temporary work assigment (locum tenens), visit a trade fair, accompany someone to hospital, ... the possibilities and the length of stay are manifold. Gehrden is perfectly located: in the middle of the countryside, but close enough to Hanover if you want to get a taste of the big city.

Quietly located on the Deister, the self-contained apartment is on the first floor of a 2-family house on the outskirts of Springe-Völksen. The apartment is particularly suitable for course participants due to a spacious living and working area. The large, fully equipped kitchen offers the possibility to cater for yourself. The associated balcony invites you to take a relaxing break.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil 2-room basement apartment at the foot of the Deister. Hiking trails and mountain bike trails right outside the door. Shopping and restaurants are within a 20-minute walk (3 minutes by car). Bedroom with double bed and living room with sofa bed - living room is a passageway to the kitchen. Dogs are also welcome here.
