Spülmaschine, ein Wohnzimmer und ein geräumiges Schlafzimmer. Die Wohnung selbst ist Teil unseres privaten Hauses, deshalb ist mit Kinderlärm zu rechnen. (Wir wohnen über der Wohnung) Du kannst die Wohnung durch einen eigenen Eingang über den Garten betreten und hast so deine Privatsphäre. Auch Familien sind uns willkommen

Our 30-year-old house is located in a quiet and green residential area. The garden with old trees can also be used. We renovated the house ourselves and were keen to preserve the character. The apartment on the upper floor offers a good view of the garden and the Deister. By arrangement, I will gladly offer breakfast for a fee. Parking is available in front of the property. The S-Bahn station with a half-hour connection to Hanover is a 3-minute walk.

By public transport you can reach Hanover Central Station in about 30 minutes. A cozy, newly renovated room with a queen size bed awaits you. A private daylight bathroom with shower, as well as a fully equipped kitchen are part of the room. A large terrace overlooking the Deister completes our offer.

Quietly located on the Deister, the self-contained apartment is on the first floor of a 2-family house on the outskirts of Springe-Völksen. The apartment is particularly suitable for course participants due to a spacious living and working area. The large, fully equipped kitchen offers the possibility to cater for yourself. The apartment was renovated in 2020 and furnished with new furniture. Due to the convenient transport connections, the state capital Hanover can be reached in about 20 minutes.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil 2-room basement apartment at the foot of the Deister. Hiking trails and mountain bike trails right outside the door. Shopping and restaurants are within a 20-minute walk (3 minutes by car). Bedroom with double bed and living room with sofa bed - living room is a passageway to the kitchen. Dogs are also welcome here.
