You have top level of my house to yourself, bathroom shower, toilet; lounge area, double bedroom, queen size very comfortable bed, door to patio. Sunny, expansive views! 10 mins walk to train; 10-15 mins drive to Wellington Ferries, Sky Stadium, City Centre. Parking area at front door, large enough for camper van/2 small cars. NO TV upstairs. In the room is a queen bed, a bar fridge, bread toaster, water kettle and TV. Wifi is free. As our guests you can use the shared Pinot Grove Residents heated salt water pool (closed from April 28 and opens again on Labour weekend) and the tennis court and trampoline as well.
