Nestled atop a serene bluff, the house offers a fantastic retreat for guests. In addition, there is a private floating dock where you can tie up to a 28 ft boat after a beautiful day fishing or enjoying the water. Please note, access to the dock requires walking up and down approximately 36 stairs (see photo of bluff). This fully loaded A frame is stocked with a shed full of fishing gear. Mosey down to the boathouse and try your luck fishing right in the backyard at the canal.
