Beautiful old house, decorated in artistic style, fully equipped. In this offer, I suggest the ground floor of the house itself. This means that the entrance to the floor will be locked, but there will be no other guests in the house. On the ground floor there is a large living room with fireplace, open to the kitchen, two large bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. There is a front porch with two couches and a large garden. In the garden you will find a summer kitchen with barbecue and a large table, as well as a fire pit and hammocks for guests to use.

Our cottage is a house with 3 spacious rooms, a large kitchen with a tiled stove, a bathroom, a porch and a veranda. The cottage is surrounded by a large, fenced plot. On the plot there is, among others, a hammock, deckchairs, a gazebo with a barbecue. The offer includes a Jacuzzi tub ♨️ 💧 (for an additional fee). A bottle of wine awaits each of our guests. The large area of the property allows you to play volleyball or badminton. In our charming village there is also a beautiful sandy beach on the Liwiec River.

On the plot there are: a cowshed with a woodshed , an old residential house inhabited in the summer, mainly on weekends, by the owner.

We have many amenities and activities on the property: sauna , pool in summer, fire pit and feast under the gazebo, barbecues, fire pit, bikes, boat, kayak. A general store (10 min walk).

The cottage is located within the Nadbużański Landscape Park. This is not a typical house prepared for rent, it is a house prepared for ourselves, where we spend time from time to time in isolation from the city noise. The area is very calm, without noisy neighbors or tourists, with a view of meadows and fields as far as the eye can see. Excellent for ordinary rest or as a starting point for cycling, fishing or an ordinary barbecue with friends. Cottage is ozonated.

The forest stream is an oasis of peace in the middle of the forest, located less than an hour's drive from Warsaw. You have the whole cottage at your disposal on a charming plot with its own stream, which can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. In September 2025, the cottage was partially renovated and refreshed. A garden hot tub with hydro-massage is available for guests to use free of charge throughout their stay.
