This beautiful house is the ultimate city escape located just 90 minutes from Boston! The unique and spacious design opens up to the outside, letting you enjoy the great outdoors through a wall of windows from a cozy sunken living room. In the summer, lounge by the pool or enjoy one of two pristine lakes 10 minutes away. In winter, only 15 minutes to Pat’s Peak and 20 minutes to Crotched Ski Resort. Our 1840’s renovated grist mill is located in the beautiful Monadnock Region. The house and cottage are situated on twelve acres and includes gardens, an orchard, berry bushes, grape vines, beehives, a dog, and a tremendous waterfall. We are close to many of nature’s gems including Mount Monadnock, Pack Monadnock, the Heald Tract hiking trails, skiing, snowshoeing and swimming. Also the acclaimed MacDowell Arts Center, Andy’s Summer Playhouse, Andres Institute of Art and the Waldorf Schools.

Golf is less than 5 minutes' drive and skiing is 25 minutes away. Breathtaking fall foliage, and snowmobiling and ice fishing in winter.
