After your lake day, retreat to this cozy bungalow on a wooded lot. Grill-out and enjoy the outdoor eating area, sit by the fire or chill on the deck overlooking the lake. Close to boat ramps and marinas who offer gas dock, boat rentals and restaurants.

The Roosevelt

I built this cabin in 1989, this property has a lot of history, it was part of the land that my father in law acquired from the Roosevelt program, I believe that was in 1932, he was one of the few original settlers. we have 25 acres we are in process of making walking trail that will wind back and forth through the entire property. will be a good chance of seeing all kind of wildlife including deer turkey, squirrels and all kind of birds. Dedicated entrance and private patio for enjoying peaceful evenings. Kitchenette with refrigerator, hot plate, air fryer toaster oven, microwave. This is a private apartment downstairs from a family home. NOT 420 friendly. Quiet hours 10pm to 6am strictly enforced. Normal family sounds above - not a good fit if you plan to sleep all day.
