On this modern, charmingly decorated houseboat built in 2022, equipped with all conveniences, you'll have a wonderful stay on the water. The location is very central, situated near the lovely town of Monnickendam, the typical Dutch surroundings, and Amsterdam. A 20-minute journey via public transportation takes you to Amsterdam. Aan de rand van het natuurgebied 'Varkensland', op nog geen 15 minuten van Amsterdam, treft u ons volledig gerenoveerde gastenverblijf. Een zonnig huis van twee verdiepingen met uitzicht op de tuin en het water. Vanuit deze oase van rust en stilte kunt u deze prachtige streek ontdekken, met historische stadjes zoals Monnickendam en Marken. Ook Amsterdam is hier letterlijk om de hoek. De busrit naar Amsterdam duurt 10 minuten. De bus vertrekt elke 5 minuten vanaf de dichtstbijzijnde bushalte.

Our home is a completely renovated dike house from 1889, and your room has beautiful views of the Gouwzee and in the evening, you can see the lights of Monnickendam. After a good night's rest, you will enjoy your own wonderful waterfront terrace. Your apartment has its own entrance and is on the second floor of our beautiful house. Be aware that there is NO kitchen.

This cosy apartment is a hidden gem in the centre of a peaceful little village but only 15 minutes by bus from Amsterdam central station! This small village has all dutch characteristics. Cute houses, relaxed atmosphere, a local brown cafe and a mini shop. You’ll fall in love with it easily! Walk or cycle along green meadows, cows and farms. Ons guesthouse ‘Achterom’ staat in het prachtige, rustige Watergang. Je bent in 12 minuten in het centrum van Amsterdam met de auto of bus. Lekker buiten combineren met alles wat de stad te bieden heeft. Het guesthouse zelf biedt alles wat je tijdens een (korte) vakantie nodig hebt. Our guesthouse 'Achterom' is located in the beautiful, quiet Watergang. You reach the center of Amsterdam in 12 minutes by bus or car. Nice outdoors combined with everything the city has to offer.

Heerlijk huis met tuin vlakbij Amsterdam

In het oude centrum van karakteristiek en unique Broek in Waterland in een in 2017 opnieuw gebouwde schuur achter de boerderij. Geheel eigen woning met toegang (zelf in-check). Split-level met privé tuin. Beneden (24 m2) is de woonkamer met bank, mini keuken, eethoek en aparte badkamer en wc. Op de vide is de slaapkamer met 2-persoons bed, genoeg kastruimte, hang en leg. Wifi aanwezig. Er zijn twee fietsen (Veloretti) te huur, 10,- per fiets per dag.

Lovely Suite near Amsterdam

Lovely suite in the historic center of Monnickendam. Nice terraces, good restaurants and beautiful nature. Within 20 minutes you are in the center of Amsterdam. You can buy the tickets at the VVV (2 minutes from the cottage) Also the Zaanseschans, Volendam and Marken can be reached within 20 minutes. The VVV, baker and the butcher are around the corner and by bike (you can use ours, we have two) you can cycle through the unique environment.

Charming fisherman's cottage

In the oldest part of the famous fishing village Volendam, you’ll find this charming cottage. The oldest part was built in 1890. The 19th century styled living room gives a cozy (or as the Dutch say "gezellig") feel to your stay. There is WIFI in the cottage. The cottage is ideal for two people, but there is ample space for a third person (adult or 2 children when max. age of 6), to sleep in a typically Dutch 'bedstee' on the ground floor.
