Self Catering This 300 yr old Thatched Cottage has been restored and has some of the original features like the original fire place , original floors and old style furniture, we tried to maintain as much of an authentic old time atmosphere as possible whilst also providing for comfort and pleasure. Some of the rooms are small The road outside the cottage can be busy at times you will need to take care going out of the driveway the traffic mirror will help you out .

It retains many original features such as the original old natural slated roof, old timber beams, traditional natural slate floors, exposed original stone walls etc. etc.. It is very quiet and peaceful, on a small working tillage farm. Originally the building was the cowhouse where the cows were sheltered and fed for the winter months.
