We're just minutes to downtown yet the private driveway that opens to 10 acres feels like you're a world away. The apartment has a private locking entrance through a shared garage, well stocked kitchen, cozy sitting area with a view of the mountains, full bathroom, memory foam mattress and blackout shades. We are family friendly with a highchair, pack n' play + changing table upon request!

Waterbury Village Apartment

With the back country and the front town, travelers can settle in on the deck to enjoy the views, or set out to explore a happening downtown-just one block away. This second floor space is private, light filled, and quiet. Please note, we were previous Super Hosts before Covid. We're getting back into hosting with an even better apartment (more space, and two bedrooms!) We're not absentee investors running an AirBnb business; we live in an adjacent apartment and enjoy welcoming guests!

Farmhouse with Sunset Mountain Views

Unbeatable Vermont setting, panoramic mountain views and gorgeous sunsets. Located one mile off Rt 100, 18 minutes to Stowe, minutes from the best skiing, bike trails, kayaking, and hiking in the east. The apartment is a sunny, bright and private space, cheerfully decorated, with the comfiest beds and coziest linens. And great outdoor spaces to relax in at the end of the day! 10 min to Stowe, 18 to lifts, 30 to Sugarbush, 35 min Burlington. The pictures and our 5 star reviews say it all!

A friend once referred to our town as Mayberry. It's definitely a small town where people look out for each other. In the heart of the village, walking distance from local restaurants, brewery's, and shops as well as mountain bike trails. 5 mi from a beach where you can rent canoes/kayaks/paddle boards. Enjoy the slopes, hiking, Ben and Jerry's, local brewery's, or the Vt. landscape, settle in with a warm jacuzzi tub. At the end of the day cozy up on a king sized bed watching Netflix's.

An off grid cabin in the hills of Vermont with a spectacular view of Camel's Hump. Not for everyone, (no running water, spotty cell service) but if you want quiet, beauty and solitude, this place is for you. A writer-hiker's dream. If it's chilly, the cabin's heated. There's also an ice pack (provided) fridge, propane stove, solar electricity for lights, composting toilet (no smell. Really), pots, cooking utensils, dishware etc We allow one dog (only ONE, please!) for a fee $25 per stay.

The guestroom room has a separate entrance located off a covered, back porch with a small table and chairs for summer use. There is adjustable heat and cool air from the wall mounted air-source, heat pump. The little kitchen alcove is convenient for coffee or tea or a light meal (toaster oven, single induction “hot” plate, water heater) We live in a historic building. Our neighborhood is very close to Rte 100. Waterbury village and Stowe are nearby too with skiing, hiking and biking.

Our home sits in the heart of the historic Waterbury village. It is a Victorian, full of historical charm and warm light. There is off-street parking and a side porch in which to enjoy a cup of coffee. It is in easy walking distance to restaurants, bars, small shops, a grocery store, and pharmacy. We live right off of interstate 89, exit 10, the crossroads between Sugarbush Valley, Stowe, Montpelier, and Burlington. Outdoor entertainment is accessible in all these areas.
