This private entrance beautiful basement apartment is within a 1/2 mile to several Beverly beaches. Downtown Salem is a 10 min drive. Downtown Beverly is about a 10 to 15 minute pleasant walk. Beverly offers great restaurants, cafe’s and brew pubs. Live entertainment at the Larcom, Cabot and North Shore music theater. Endicott College is 1 mile away. The train to Boston, Salem, or Rockport is about a mile away. Plenty of safe street parking is available in front. Escape the crowds in Salem!

This is a private in-law apartment in the basement of the home. Full Kitchen/living room combination, full bath and 1 bedroom with private entrance. Close to Routes 93 and 128 and 95. 15-45 minute drive to Boston depending on the traffic and time of day. Convenient to grocery stores and shopping plaza, casino. The apartment, with a private entrance is located in downtown Ipswich. We are within walking distance to restaurants and the commuter rail, which services Salem, Boston etc. May - September, the CATA shuttle stops at the commuter rail station, a 3 minute walk. Some CATA services include Cranes Beach, and the town of Essex (famous for its clams and antique shops). You can also enjoy a river cruise down the Essex River there. Kayaking, canoeing, and fishing are also available in Ipswich.

There’s also a neighborhood market with beer/wine and some groceries 1 minute walk from the apartment. Plenty of street parking. Take a 5 minute Uber ride or 15-20min walk into downtown Salem and enjoy its rich history. Easy access to Rt. 128 and Rt. 1.
