A stunning brand new Studio with beautiful en-suite and small well equipped kitchen. Good wi-fi, tv, central heating. King size bed. This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Great local restaurants and pubs. A supermarket 2 mins walk away. 250 meters walk is the beautiful River Hamble with stunning walks. Catch the pink ferry over to Hamble for more eateries. If no other guests, you can hire the superb hot tub with privacy screens. Warsash is between Portsmouth and Southampton. 5 stars!

Hamble River Beds

This luxury, self-catering accommodation is berthed at Cabin Boatyard, on the scenic River Hamble whether business or holiday it offers you a unique experience. For safety reasons, it is unsuitable for children under 5. Made from sustainable and recycled materials, it is fully insulated and has underfloor heating, so you can enjoy this river living experience all year round in complete comfort. Let us know if the booking is for a special occasion. Checkin times are between 4pam and 6 pm.

Cow Shed - Barn

A spacious ground floor suite. Watch fiery sun sets & brown eyed cows walking past to drink. Enjoy outdoor & indoor dining. A super king bed allows for space and a good nights rest with a luxurious en-suite shower to invigorate. Peaceful location but not far from local town. Small but well equipped kitchen with essentials provided. If you need us we are on site but otherwise will leave you in peace to enjoy your stay. If the Cow Shed is full then look up the Hay Loft. Our first floor suite.

Close to the M27 and Bursledon train station is 5 minutes drive away. Approx 5 miles from Southampton City centre and about 10 minutes from Hamble. Motorway access to South coast cities such as Bournemouth, Portsmouth and shopping in West Quay Southampton ,Gunwharf Quays in Portsmouth. Also 20 mins away from Southampton docks for cruise ships

A beautifully presented Chalet Bungalow based on the edge of Solent Breezes Holiday park. Sea views over the Solent from the comfort of the open plan kitchen diner and lounge. Light airy building ideal for relaxing either on the large leather sofas or on the furniture in the garden. In all weathers there is always something to see out of the large patio doors. Stony beach and slipway for boats only metres from the property. Ideal for long walks watching the sunset and relaxing.

Relax in a peaceful chalet overlooking the Solent and the Isle of Wight. Watch the cruise ships sail past after they leave Southampton. Enjoy a meal, drinks and entertainment (when scheduled) in the on-site Clubhouse. Based between Portsmouth and Southampton, it's a glorious location to either base yourself for further exploration of the South Coast or to enjoy the local walks and beach. There is a tennis court on site and heated swimming pool (small charge - summer season).

The Warsash Annex

The unit is a completely self-contained extension of the existing property. It is has been recently built to a high specification, including a very comfy bed. It is located in the heart of Warsash village, walking distance from all amenities. It is ideally suited for a very comfortable, short stay. Wifi is included as are all utility bills. There is a lot of storage space and a private entrance from the driveway where there is space for 1 car to park.
