This ground floor apartment is double glazed and offers comfortable accommodation. please note that if 2 people are staying and wish to use both bedrooms then an additional fee ($40) is charged for linen and 2nd bathroom use Nearby are a multitude of attractions and eateries. This is a comfortable,small fully contained stand alone Studio in a farm setting.Situated nearby to beautiful beaches, and the Tawharanui Regional Park where you can take bush walks and trails.On dusk you are able to spot kiwi in the Regional Park, which is very special.If you are attending a Wedding here in Tawharanui this is a perfect location being so very close to the Venue.Ideal for cyclists also as there is a large barn where you can leave your bikes securely and dry.

Welcome to your getaway. An expansive, lush property bordered by a stream and native trees with an extensive garden where you are welcome to wander and sit. A private and peaceful Hot Tub area is available for your use. "Southwind" is a small rural property surrounded by farmland and other lifestyle blocks. We are 15 mins drive on sealed roads to amenities in both Mangawhai and Wellsford, 8 mins to the Te Arai surf beach turnoff and 12 minutes to the Te Arai Links course.

Our space is great for travelers who enjoy wineries, breweries, cafes, beaches, walks, cinema (boutique), Saturday markets, Goat Island and a variety of places to visit and explore within easy distance. Nearby is the ferry for a day at Kawau Island. The downstairs studio is private but we are close by and pleased to help and chat if you choose. Warkworth has large grocery stores and shopping but we have a great new grocery shop and a local pub within walking distance.

Warkworth Good Life, Self-Contained Unit + Ensuite

An “eco-oasis” in the township of Warkworth for you to relax in a stylish bedroom and lounge accommodation with ensuite. There is a music studio underneath the apartment and music lessons might take place on Fridays in the day time and on Tuesday night. There are coffee and tea making facilities, decent size fridge, crockery and cutlery but no cooking facilities or cooking permitted. 10 minutes walk to Warkworth township with restaurants and cafes.

Upstairs apartment is a large, 2-bedroom house, with spacious living room, tv room, private bathroom and full kitchen. The apartment has its own entrance and private back deck. Right on the beach, a large, light and airy living space (160sqm upstairs house). Backed by native bush with expansive views of the beach and sea/sunrises to the front. Matakatia is a tidal inner harbour beach with safe swimming in summer, and for the brave in winter.
